Master Bowlers Association of Canada Award of Excellence 2022 Congratulations to Bev Gigliuk and Don Sim for being selected to receive the Master Bowlers Association of Canada Award of Excellence in 2022. Don and Bev join Dianne Violini, Willy Moyes, Greg Gigliuk, Lynn Howell, Bruce Morter and Fran Clarke as Alberta’s representatives for this award. Bev and Don will receive their awards when we host Nationals, hopefully this year. Bev was one of our province’s best tournament bowlers early in her career. Bev was a member of the first Gold Medal Tournament Ladies team. Bev became the face of the Alberta Masters working in the office for many years. Bev continues to support the Masters as our Senior Division director and competes in the Senior division. Bev also volunteers when we have a Casino. Don was one of the original presidents of the Alberta Masters back when we were just forming our organization. Don made Masters teams in the Tournament Division many times. (Don could probably tell you how many). Don continues to help us with National Lane Draws for Alberta and many of the MBAC Nationals. Don still volunteers to help us when we have a Casino |
