In Memory of Jerry Budnyk
As many of you know, Jerry Budnyk passed away recently.
Jerry was a very active member of our Board of Directors as well as the Teaching Director North for many years. He was extremely valuable to our Board and we all respected what he had to say. Jerry attended a Master Bowlers’ Association of Canada meeting in Sudbury one year as he “wanted to see what you guys talk about”.
Our Board of Directors recently voted to name the Teaching Men’s Division Provincial Championship plaque in honor of Jerry.
Jerry always showed up early for our Board meetings to put the coffee on. When the meetings ended, Jerry would always move for the adjournment.
Jerry’s memory will certainly live on thru his many bowling friends who were fortunate enough to have known him.
